Refresh and Renew with The Home Depot

Saying goodbye to 2018 and hello to 2019 feels so great!  As much as I love the holidays I am always excited to tuck the holiday decor away once the new year hits. However, my house feels so bare after it is all down. Anyone else? It is time to redecorate!

It is no secret that I have been working with The Home Depot to give my home a fresh and renewed look.  They offer products I love at a great value which as you guys know savings is a must for me. This post is sponsored by The Home Depot and contains affiliate links which means I am able to be compensated for great products and introduce you to fun shopping. It is a win for all of us!
This December I ended up moving my guest room furniture up to my oldest daughter's room. She was beyond excited to inherit her first queen size bed.  What was lacking was a night stand that would look great with her current decor and would keep her room organized. Luckily The Home Depot carries thousands of trends online and I knew I could find a gorgeous piece of furniture from a brand I trust.

I have always loved the look of mirrored furniture. Since PARIS is always a good theme for a tween I ordered the Safavieh Amelia 3-Drawer Champagne Nickel Chest as it would be a great fit for the room theme. The chest is a statement piece for sure. It is just as gorgeous as I had imagined it and will last for years. It is a solid piece of furniture!

The chest arrived fully put together minus the hardware which took about two minutes to install. The packaging was done well. No nicks or chips were found anywhere on the piece of furniture.

Ordering furniture online can be a bit scary, but you can purchase with confidence at The Home Depot as they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Purchases of $45+ at the The Home Depot ship free to your home or you can opt to pick them up at a store near you. Returns are simple as you can stop by one of their 2200 stores, so ordering online is risk free.
I didn't stop with the dresser! While I was shopping online at The Home Depot I noticed this Sorbus Acrylic Cosmetic Organizer. Makeup sales were a dime a dozen last month so it made sense to pick up one of these and clean out my mess of a bathroom drawer. I have to be honest. I thought I might like this organizer and if not I would hand it down to one of my girls. I had no idea how much I would love this thing! I no longer have to whip out or dig up the makeup I need on a daily basis from my unorganized mess.  It is all right there at my convenience.  My vanity drawers are now free to hold hair brushes, toothpaste and more.  I have always wanted one of the designer acrylic cosmetic organizers that are priced at $200+, but the quality of the Sorbus brand is fabulous especially for the price point. The drawers slide out easily which was my biggest concern.  I would recommend considering buying a case with a makeup brush stand on top which The Home Depot offers at great price point as well.  I didn't think I would want to see the clutter, but I realize now how convenient it would be to have everything in one place.
